We accept return requests within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date. Items received more than 14 days after delivery are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please submit a return request for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for returns:

  • Items that function exactly as described (change of mind is not a valid reason for return).
  • Products damaged or misused by the customer.
